  • We will reply to your email within 24 hours. Our delivery executive will deliver a fresh product within a day after we respond to your complaint.
  • Because the products offered are food products, returns are applicable only if you can notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Spoilage that occurs after delivery is not in our hands.
  • If the product is of a different quantity or not what you ordered, it can be returned only if it is unopened and unused.



  • You can cancel the order by calling us at 9362333777 or even at your doorstep. If you have paid by card/net banking, you will receive your refund within 10 working days.



  • Once your order has been dispatched from our storehouse, you will receive an SMS notification (This feature will be available soon).
  • If none was available at your address to collect the package, we will call you to reschedule delivery when you will be available.
  • Delivery is free of charge if subtotal is more than Rs.250. We deliver even if your order is below Rs. 250, at a charge of Rs.30.
