Organic A2 Cow Ghee 500ml
This ghee is very special. It is superior to anything you can find in the market.
This ghee is NOT extracted directly from Jersey/HF cow milk in a machine, as is the norm these days in factory produced ghee.
It is made in the Ayurvedic method called BILONA method, where the A2 desi cow milk is first cultured to curd. Then, butter is churned out from the curd. Then, it is melted on a low flame to get ghee.
16L of milk is needed to make 500g of 'bilona' ghee. This method removes all lactose present in the milk.
